Creating a store on Creatzy is free. Once a purchase is made on a product you listed with us, there are two fees: a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee. The transaction fee is used to pay us, Creatzy. The processing fee is a standard payment processing fee.
It’s simple to create a store on Creatzy. Click the ‘Open a Shop’ button located above and you’ll be taken to the application page. This is where you’ll fill out information about yourself and what you do. From there, we will see if you are a great fit to be on Creatzy.
Once your application is approved, you’ll be able to set up a biography of your business, logo, cover photo, list products, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), etc.
You get paid using our third-party partner, Stripe. In your shop settings, there is a section to set up Stripe for yourself. If you do not have Stripe set up for yourself, you will not be able to list any products nor will you be able to accept any form of payment. Meaning, if you set up Stripe, list products, and then deactivate Stripe, any listings you have up that get purchased, 100% of the sale will go to Creatzy.
Creatzy is a digital goods marketplace. Seller Protection offers you peace of mind in the event of a transaction dispute. If you are unable to resolve a disagreement with a buyer and the transaction meets eligibility requirements, we will resolve the issue. Digital goods are received right away and refunds are not necessary. However, we understand certain circumstances may apply. See more on our Refund Policy page.
